On my printed proxy the number of shares is printed on the right side, below the control number. The control number is indicated by an arrow and enclosed in a black box. The number shares is unlabeled.

I have had several shareholders ask me that question so I called Broadridge today and was not able to get an answer.

I was given a New York number finally and that went to voice mail - waiting for a call back.

Received Proxy in the mail for Questrade, Investor's Edge, and BMO... so I am good.....did anybody ever figure out if these electronic votes are counting all of our shares or just one? I know it sounds like a stupid question, but......on my forms it says for director to recommend "A" vote, as in one..... not 16500 votes or not 8170 votes or not 15300 votes, as examples..... I wish to ensure that all of my shares are counted, not just one.

Just to safe, hit the corresponding numeric phone button 16,000 times or once for each share you own. That'll stop the "Pros" from whatever they're up to.
