Gold, ACGX set a $1M Goal to donate to all charities from print4acause for PR purposes. The claim that it was all to Dwayne Wade's Charity is incorrect, as those buying on the website choose which charity the 10% of the sale goes to.
As for the dilution, at this point, it is purely debt conversion to shares. There has been so sign that ACGX is directly diluting. Still, with the amount of convertible debt out there, no end in sight to the skyrocketing O/S.
One more note/word to the wise:
It seems like anytime you find a pink that has some sort of affiliation with or direct involvement with an NBA Player, there is not a good ending for the PPS.
