I think you were right about the company buying back shares the other day. Same thing just happened with SAMP

The Company borrowed money from a related entity for the purchase of stock from
certain shareholders. This stock has currently not changed hands.

If you look at LIGA last filing company says they probably wont do a share buyback in 2013 I think it was possibly just a decoy statement because they may have actually bought 8 million shares just like what happened with SAMP
