if Alibaba were to do a RM it would save the frugal minded Chinese company Tens of Millions of dollars and quicken the going public process to days and weeks instead of months and years. IMO the share structure STOA has is perfect for any large established private Chinese company. A well respected person like Mr. W is the perfect person to have in charge and place your bet on.
