I don't believe this to be quite accurate....

From what I have seen is that if there is another bid lower from the same intermediary.....such as NITE, ETRF, etc....you won't see it..

For instance if the "wall" is at .065, through NITE.....but there is a lower NITE Ask of .062....you won't see the wall until the NITE Ask of .062 is cleared.

Just from what I have seen.....
