Probably because they over stated their current production when they announced it was amazing. And they will finally have to report this info soon as they cannot ship it without reporting. They actually cannot produce it without reporting also, but they can get away with that, but not shipping

PDGO made the announcement in Sept that they will be buying their own shares back. I'd think having the price higher would be counter to this plan.
