Let's say they have to dilute to raise funds and the OS goes up to 1 billion shares.

Divide the value of the gold, $2,274,750,000 by 1,000,000,000 shares=

.439 cents/share.

Now let's give the stock an ultra-conservative PE of 5.

That comes out to a share price of $2.45

Not too shabby!
