Second observation, a lot is being made of the last paragraph on the bottom of the page that essentially says they do not have enough cash on hand and will probably have to depend on selling shares to continue to run operations.
NEWS FLASH!!! That is a standard paragraph that every OTC stock that files with the SEC puts in their quarterly report. Not sure if it is a CYA for the SEC or what but it is always there. Usually they have another sentence that says if they don’t get additional financing or sell enough shares they will have to close the doors. They didn’t have that sentence in there so in a way that is encouraging.
Third observation, a lot of folks who claimed they were long say they sold out on Thursday or before and are now bashing the company, CEO, business model etc. in hopes of scaring people into panic selling. Be cautious of wolves in sheep’s clothing. If you have done your DD and you feel it is a solid investment then stick with it. Please, just don’t tell me you are a long one day and bash it the next as your intentions are too obvious.
The same people that are bashing it this weekend are hoping to buy cheap tomorrow and will be pumping it again on Tuesday.
One poster said the CEO lied and therefore the company couldn’t be trusted and the company was worthless blah, blah, blah. Go over to another hemp company that has lied, misled, diluted to the tune of about ! billion shares, refuses to answer even the most basic questions and it is still selling at 0.14. It is all in one’s perception of the market, company fundamentals and yes emotions.
Like I said earlier, I have not read the entire report but from what I have seen posted II am not sure what all the excitement is about. They still have the GIFT program, Kiosks etc. and yes they do report to the SEC.
Come Tuesday there could be a lot of folks regretting selling. Then again there will be those that are bashing this weekend that will be telling everyone how they bought at 0.06, 0.07, 0.08 and how they knew the company was going to make money. Funny world we live in. IMO
