DD provided by PVSP's financial statement - as indicated what THEY indicated as VWAP. Thus, FF does get a 40% discount on the lowest PPS 20 day moving average.

This means massive dilution may be coming, since PVSP is broke. Moreover, FF provided even more money the last Q so PVSP did not have to dilute.
