Camalion, the difference this time around is that the 10K, (annual) is generally filed with the 10Q. The SEC, in all their infinite wisdom, allows the coinciding 10Q and 10K to be filed at the same time. Companies are given 90 days from the end of the Q to file the 10K and coinciding 10Q. One more time, with feeling, the 10Q is very likely to be filed with the 10K at the end of March. EOThread, Joe
