Yes I was saying this exactly. There had to be good reasons why the CC was Mon and not earlier on Fri. Elite mgmt had to be doing something important. The filing of the Form8-A12G poison pill is extremely important for Elite's businesses and partnerships going forward. It gives that assurance to one and all, that Elite the company will be intact and that no one, inside or outside, can do a hostile takeover without the BOD ruling on it.
