Agree with most of that, however I think they are still he,,bent on creating financial issues. At this point it has to be vindictive because they would be the last ones to end up with the potential billion dollar patents. They are just throwing money and legal effort away. I'm telling you there is a meaty media story here if the right outlet is given a heads up.
If you go back to the start of all of this IR business I believe there were statements made to the effect that IR was doing this primarily to hurt Hanover. If Ironridge had been successful in implementing the foreclosure and destroying the company then Hanover would have lost out with the settlement agreement and Ironridge would have gotten all of the value (the patent).
