That's what we have the S-1 for. So they CAN sell registered stock to people who do not qualify as an "accredited investor". But it has a fixed price of $1 attached to it and I don't think your members will pay that price if they can get it for 0.48 on the open market.
Before we get this discussion again about why the Chinese would be willing to pay $1 for the stock, I think it is different if you live in China. They don't have access to the stock market and they would want to see stock certificates. We are not talking about a few thousand shares either because why bother? More like a couple 100,000 shares. After all, the S-1 doesn't mention selling stock to US investors. It says they plan to sell stock specifically to Chinese citizens.
