Thank-you Umiak. I have a difficult time in grasping why there are no public disclosures regarding this participation be it cashless transactions or whatever as your post stated regarding filing forms .

They dont have shares, but warrants that can be exercised on a cashless basis. Not an accountant, but I don't think you can claim ownership of shares this way. That's probably why their ownership isn't reflected in their filings as an asset but it is considered a liability in XXII's.
