The scams fly to the moon because they are pumped and attract a lot of eyes. But, you also have to keep in mind that many of these eyes turn into bag holders; their money winds up in the pumpers' pockets. I think everyone of us can relate to this.
The issue with $TUCN is that the management doesn't know how to interact with the shareholders. Good fins, like those that came out Thursday after close, should have warranted a PR which would have been seen by lots of people. We've seen how $TUCN's pps has spiked on little volume, then returned to where it started from or lower. Imagine what it would have done if genuine volume, based on a no-fluff PR, had been present.
