My tech contact explained, but not in laymens terms, that PVSP tech was as advanced as Skype and may have the ability to be changed more rapidly. I was not here for the Asher CDs so I can't answer your question. However, thus far it does seem as if FF is actively engaged in the mgt/ mkt of the company which is never Asher's mo. I am not at all surprised at the pps as vol has been stagnant since the initial fall from 4. Smart traders want the lows and weak traders who may need the cash or decide to leave always supply as in every stock.
Also, chartist see dramatic and consistent 59-100% moves in PVSP. So until there is significant news they will continue to flip. Rinse, wash and repeat.
