He's not trying to keep it down. He's trying to accumulate at lower prices than he would be able to if he just kept hitting the ask. Good traders get in at the price that they want. This would be a good time for a series of company PRs to force those waiting to buy to get in, lest they lose the opp.
I feel you but in all honesty these prices are allowing a lot of us that came in late to build strong long positions as well. There is no hype here just solid forward momentum from the company and a very solid dedicated core of smart and very patient longs, like yourself.
