if those .0004's are in strong hands then its makes it easier to move up...... the Velocity in the stock is coming back and thats a great sign, many are loaded up at .0004 to .0006 range including a group, when there ready it will goooooooooo....... EIP financials should show 1 to 3 million in revenue that should run the stock back around .002 to .005 and if there govt funding then .01+++ will find out very soon before Nov 28th
someone isnt ready to run it, the ask was small and .0006 were hitting then someone sells at .0004 for a loss and they put 8 million on ask at .0005... funny thing is it wasnt there all day till it looked like it was about to start moving
