VPER is full of shit...VPER will never receive one single order from these pilot projects just as they never received one single power disk order, one single order from india and saudi arabia from the resellers agreement where they claimed the initial order would be $2mm, one single order from the gsa contract they claimed to have been awarded but they are not on the gsa contractors list, and the list goes on of signed contracts that vper supposedly going to be getting astronomical revenue streams from and never got a damm dime. Let's not forget about the astronomical projected revenues from the electric company of which has yet to make a single penny yet too...
