Awesome pile of BS is what the CC will be. Bottom line is that the bottom line sucks. More operating losses, no uplist in sight. All that was released was a spin about how a part of the investigation is going....it's not over, therefore no real time horizon on uplist.

There will be more happytalk and "wait 2 Qs" or even longer.
