The latest events do not address the details of the agreement. No idea how much cash is involved, no idea how much the carry is worth, no idea if further dilution will be required to address the operating capital issue. Until those things are known there is no reason for the stock to go up from here and the more time passes without this information the lower the price is likely to go. All imo, but it should be very easy to see which of us is right. Only a few more hours until today's trading is over.
