Interesting that the small caps are up over the last five days just about what the Qubes are down.

That's got to be rotation into the $RUT as you seee here over 6 months big caps are almost flat but the Qubes WERE up 10% and now are rapidly giving that back as you point out. Looks pretty obvious where it's going. Transports and small caps getting steady buying.
