You are correct. You would think that an announcement of collaboration would be a boon for investors. Like this bit of history.

That was the PR that told us who built the valimed's that no longer exist. A quick look at the Mastek-InnerStep web site will allow the cdex follower to see a familiar list of Tucson businesses (Tucson Supplier Partnership) that were seen in the bumfield/cdex bankruptcy.
What are the chances that cdex is a welcome business in that group? One could contact them and ask that very question.
