Did you even read it? These are just proposed rules. Nothing will be happening anytime soon. Comments on the proposed rules aren't even due until Feb 2014. Then the SEC reviews the comments, then they make it a law. You're looking at 6 months minimum before this takes effect. And it also says this,

Certain companies would not be eligible to use the crowdfunding exemption including non-U.S. companies, companies that already are SEC reporting companies

Umm, isn't HJOE an SEC reporting company?
