When did interim CFO leave ?

There was a PR August 12th announcing the addition of an interim CFO, Mr Yotan Mendlinger

He was to vet and prepare the 2012 Annual report and the 2013 quarterly reports.

August 27th he signed the interim Q1 Q2 reports, so he was still then.

I could find no announcements (Facebook, Twiter, co website, etc) that he was gone

OTC requires a company to report the departure of principal officers. Maybe his departure will be announced in the Q3 report.
