Wow...if I were an investor of TNKE, I would file law suit against the company for making such a dumb deal with VDSC. How in the world TNKE's management would give their technology plus $800K cash to VDSC with nothing in return. How would that even make sense?
The other thing is, according to TNKE's latest 10Q report for period ending 6/30/2013, it has cash in the amount of $3,223. Where did it find the $800K cash from to give them to VDSC?
