Because it doesn't gap up every single day. Remember even though this penny stock doesn't act like one all of the time, it doesn't some of the time. It's still a great stock and I believe at some point it will really stabilize but I don't think right now is that time. More good news has got to come and that's got to come from the gov. jmo
