Agreed. It might be good for LBSR from a supply point of view but it is bad from a political risk perspective.

LBSR has already addressed that by their study. Tie up all of Arizona? The other site was clearly proximate to Native lands.

I am not saying I know every factor on this issue, but I don't think there will be any tribal issues at Hay Mountain. There is already a working mine not too far away right off I-10 (Nord). The land is a good distance from any Apache landmarks like Cochise Stronghold. And in contrast to, say, Rosemont and Pebble (BCSP) there is also a long history/precedent here for mining. And nothing bad will happen to Tombstone, AZ because it is...
