Here's my thoughts - we MUST meet the need - regardless, even if that means giving the cides away free. Those that can pay will do so, themselves, or through their country's government footing the bill.

As long as these tenets are met - charge whatever we feel is needed to meet our needs. There are 9 billion customers! $1 each/cide treatment? It's a start.
