Your time may have been wasted doing research, but obviously much time wasn't spent after reading your post. A RS was just done, and although dilution started again, and will continue the OS is only 23 million.

The true issue with the company is decision making and planning which the current company does neither well....

They have a product and even if it is nothing special, the real questions are "Can they sell it? "Can they deliver it?" The obvious answers to both are "No!"

Yep no sales force, no branding budget, no office anymore besides the virtual mailing address and no changes whatsoever in everything that already caused this company to fail so badly after the CEO plowed through millions of dollars from the issuance of all the 1st round stock!
