Low volume because of low 63M float most have accumulated shares below .024 and holding only short sighted would sell here with what's about to materialize soon. Official court order probably for contempt and damages with revenues due JNSH>

Don't worry, the low volume is a blessing in disguise if it can breakout. When/If this can trigger and build momentum, volume WILL come in and these are the scenarios where ridiculous runs happen (when a low floater gets the momentum snowball started).
