I think we are great! It has been a wild run but the lawsuits, net zero approaching and now hedge funds offerings to the government... We have a very strong case to get what we want. IMO
Post conservatorship is approaching fast. The longest De Marco and the congress waits on this, the more revenues are generated by the GSEs, more $$$ is collected from the settlements with the banks, more attention to this case, the more pressure the government gets to do what's right for the country without violating third and fifth amendment.
