Where the heck are you ready this about NOT GUILTY:
AND the plea was subsequently changed
to NOT GUILTY I can't see this as anything more than a
formality.

he very much pled he was GUILTY.

Some charges were dropped. and that does NOT mean he was not guilty for those either!!!
