The idea that you think you know a company with a cure or new soc for many cancers and the rest of the street knows nothing of it, including all of the funds and specialists who do nothing but biotech, defies logic. Oh and this is not a new discovery that you learned of early but one with years of pr and trials behind it. As for legal and IR the only case that matters is the one they are a defendant in, a run of the milll nuisance case. If legal departments hushed companies over these there would be few companies saying anything.
