You never know. All I'm saying is that there appears to be growth here and if this company starts selling some of the listed homes, retires a mess of shares and begins to take advantage of the housing market, we could have a winner on our hands.
All this is hopeful and may or may not happen. The other thing that would make this stock soar would be the aquisition of UNQT by say Century 21, Coldwell Bankers or oneof those big real estate companies.
I'm holding for now and we'll see what happens.
