Did you confirm this on the telephone or via e-mail? If by phone, to whom did you speak? If by e-mail, would you please post a copy?

Did the same supposed glitch occur with Friday's PR?

Peter often issues PRs in this way, using a pdf document upload. Sometimes he then re-issues a PR with all of the text in the PR instead of using the supplemental document.

PG, I just spoke with Crystal at OTC Markets who stated that the PRs issued yesterday and Friday were only selected for distribution on the OTC Markets website, not for general distribution which is always an option. This is what I have previously stated.

Anyone who would like to verify this can call Crystal is in the Issuer Services department at 212.896.4420.

If it ends up being released again with general distribution, it will be because Peter reissues it, not because OTC Markets had some sort of glitch.

Do you recall the name of the party with whom you spoke who supposedly told you that it was an OTC Markets issue/error? This would allow people to verify the information you posted.

ATTENTION ALL CONCERNED PARTIES:

I have confirmed with OTCmarkets that yesterday's PR WAS ABSOLUTELY legitimately submitted and should have been released accordingly. However, there was an error through NO FAULT OF PV's which prevented such. Presently, the issue is being addressed by OTCMarkets and will subsequently be re-released. Hopefully this will happen before EOD.

There is NO FRAUD HERE. The issue is not with PVE. This is an OTCMarkets issue.

THEY CONFIRMED SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM IN EFFECT!!!!

They are reducing the float from 700 to 400!!! The shares increased are preferred and guess what.......


THEY AGREED TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE DOCUMENTS!!!! BETTER THAN AN 8-K!!!!!

THEY WILL REDACT SOME PARTS TO PROTECT CLIENT PRIVACY BUT THAT'S OK WITH ME!!!! They will have pictures out in a few days. Attorneys have to check everything to make sure all is safe between company and client(s).
