Get completing an application is not launching a grow operation. I would think as edxc is doing with the "Lease Applications" fo autospense that the application would have to be reviewed and accepted before anything can be launched. Just look at the "lease applications" for autospense. Have you seen a machine moved to any facility yet? No. It is an application with the hopes of launching. EDXC is actually the one who described it as launching. IMO it was a bit of a stretch to actuality. JMHO
