Its a sham when you can not even file the SEC filings on time.Maybe ever once in awhile you are late but this guy just don't care.He is the problem imo and I said that long ago and I meant every word I posted last night.

I'm sure alot of shareholders are more then pissed at this bunch.We dealt with criminals in the past and imo the rest pickedup Belch/Chassman habits not the same type of actions but bad ones.
Whoever heard of so called officers,directors saying nothing for so long after what we all have been through with this freacking outfit and (some alot more then others).
