I think you are wrong... many investors on the sidelines understand that this is a long process... the solar industry I mean... and for they to have any type of positive business news will be a good catalyst... that can come in the form of a job signed but details under a NDA and they can not be released until the project is completed...

It can be in the manner of having a few LOI ( letters of intent ) with details and costs still needing to be finalized... It can be about the patent... in can be about expanding their business model on what they are currently doing and what they want to expand into...

News does not have to come in the form of "we have joe blows signed and will be doing a $50,000.00 job... any positive news and this could double or triple from todays close.
