Freddy, I'm sure everything is fine in tmmland. After all, its only the millionth delay they've asked for in this trial, so they must really like to do legal stuff. And it takes time to slowly rewrite your history to make sure you invented the wheel and the rest of the world is infringing on your idea to make the wheel round. And now I hear that Al Gore is trying to steal their idea to invent the internet! Scoundrel!

I don't see any update on the Clark County Court website. You must be parked in that Nevada Courtroom to have such up to date news. Yeah right.

That makes no sense 12/16 is a Monday and Judge Ellsworth only sees cases on Fridays,unless the Discovery Commissioner is requesting more info from TMMI,so maybe we should wait and see what the real update says on the Clark County Website,And not Hearsay....
