Same as it always does, revenues and then increasing revenues. Why Russia and not increasing sales in western nations. I will hold off buying back in until I see some real advances in revs. I know of medical device companies that have sold their products to russian doctors and never collected the money. Not saying it will happen to ctso but will be more comfortable when I hear they have paid or pay upfront.
