I did not see in my DD that there is a lawsuit between the two. All we have heard is a lack of information or PR from DRHC as to how the contract ended. It would be reasuring to hear from IR or Toby & Mike what actually occured as it does not appear to mutual or "friendly" parting of the ways.

I hope TD is a better fit and they may put the bev on the website but as far a i can tell that was not the issue for Bev not meeting its contracted minimums.

Can you tell me thisismynuttoo why does the throwdownbev.com website have blatently false information? License for TD is not "worldwide", Throwdownbev is not incorporated in Nevada & license with TD was not from March of 2012! These are easy things to change and correct are they not?
