FWIW, some of my questions were answered fairly directly. For example I asked if processor #1 was still being used to preheat feed stock for #2 & #3 and if so, whether an additional kiln would be needed on future installations.

We were told that #1 is no longer being used to preheat and what is being used instead.

I would have liked to hear more detail on almost everything but I think we got more than past calls.
