If I put 200 million shares on the ask at .0001 and everyone bought them didn't I just dump my shares ? It might not be a dump per say on the bid but I did dump my shares.

And I'm pretty sure with VFIN showing 10k on the ask that they have a ton of shares to "dump"

Shares are DUMPED however GDSM wants them DUMPED. With the bid at 000, who really cares now? Just a matter of time before the IRS slaps them with some serious fines, and jail time for some I guarantee it.
