#26756 RE: trakman #26753

Remember that the only reason I had to check into the previous CEO was because there were people who were PO'ed from the past and had posted here. I really am only interested in VRTY, but the more I looked into what the angry ones were talking about, including posts from two years ago accusing the CEO of AQLV of bad management or intentions, I realized that VRTY was getting painted as a bad investment based on the past and not the present nor future. So I go over to where that ex-CEO is now a CEO and what do I see? Well, you probably know.

I think you would agree that it is immaterial where the stock price is six months after the ex-CEO left. It is obvious that many old shareholders lost money when you look at a three year chart--2.5 years of it under the ex-CEO. The stock was pumped on PR's that were inaccurate or misleading. Could some of those angry shareholders have been buying when they believed in the PR's--maybe so. And they are ticked.

Now it looks like someone is trying to punish me here for what I have legitimately brought up on the other company. This post is on topic--because it addresses what you are trying to address. VRTY's past and how it relates to what is going on now.

So where does Craig Hoffman fit into this? Seems to me this would be no bid unless for him. I know he's taken a lot of flack in the past.

Three Year Chart for VRTY--six months as VRTY and the rest of the time as AQLV

Check the chart below-- in 2011 high was $1.73 and declined to $0.05.

In 2012, it went to $1.99 and declined to $0.06.

Me thinketh that some people got hurt on those declines. And some are still presuming that old management which put out bogus PR's is still in place here.

Excuse me, trakman. As an insider in AQLV and being knowledgeable on some things going on, could you clear up something for many of us here?

It seems that there are some people that feel they got whacked by AQLV. I was not around in those days, but some think that AQLV management is still VRTY management? Is that true at all? Or have they moved on?

Thanks for any light you can shed on that.
