CDEL keeps posting and pulling it on the offer and moving it down just over retail. It's the same trader on the bid side trying to get a fill there, imo. I doubt they really want to sell that much today. They pulled their ask when it started getting hit earlier.
I think there's a wall at .0037, too. NITE and ATDF are holding nearly a million shares between them and no one knows how much CSTI is hiding behind the 10K. $ACGX
