There was an S-8 filed last week and we had many block trades of so far over 200 million shares after the last one today. It was likely Asher who was paid those 250 million shares and was responsible for the huge PPS decline from .0053 last Tuesday on the highs to down here now when he sold those shares. The good news is he should be gone now. 250 million shares is nothing for a stock like GLER at subpennies. ALL of the recent huge subpenny runners that ran from subpennies to multi pennies had a far higher float and OS than we will have even with the added 250 million shares.
