Why did it take more than three years after AWSL's substandard 2009 financials were issued, to issue the next set of financial statements, the 2012 Annual Report, which was released on July 15, 2013? After more than three years of "financial darkness" why should we expect anything different for the 2013 Annual Report than a mid-July 2014 release? Hey, that's still much better than a three year delay.

I'm not complaining, I was happy to see the 2012 Annual Report, but this does not inspire shareholder confidence, especially after the failed PSC stock promotion which pumped the share price to $4.84 in the fall of 2009 and before it fell back to only $.16. You might call that making a round trip...

The statements for the period ending June 30, 2013, were filed in a timely fashion on Aug 1, 2013. This has put the company in the highest Tier possible. "Current", where they remain until this day.
