OMG, this is the typical crap excuse for why a stock is underperforming. Hilarious. It's always the MM's holding it back. Just too funny.

Look, let's get real here. If there was inherent value in the company/stock, then there would be buyers, and that would drive the price up. The lack of volume suggests otherwise.
