Its because of the immanent news coming this week mandatory.

Great company with 2 brick and mortar locations totaling over 8000sf of interior space.

They have always filed on time for the last several years no reason to believe they will not this time.

Added to that the increased revenue and recent acquisitions I am looking forward to a long term holding of PTAH.
